The ambiance, the decoration, the scent, the products and the overall quality in every detail in the hotel. I also like that staff were very helpful and service skillful. I loved the Gym as well, and the quality of the drinks at the bar.

A unique modern urban forest alike design with good vibe , stuff is friendly and supportive , the room was very clean and well equipped.. I would definitely will rebook this pearl in the heart of Vienna .. thank you stuff 😊

The F&B team from the breakfast and dinner was amazing, always smiling and asking if everything is fine. I really enjoyed the room with balcony and the kindness of restaurant staff. PS the dinner was lovely

My stay at this hotel was truly perfect! The location is excellent, conveniently close to everything I wanted to explore in the city. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional staff. Every team member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making my stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made a lasting impression. I also want to highlight their incredible laundry service, which was not only top-notch but impressively fast. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable and beautiful experience

The hotel and staff are absolutely amazing! Everything in the hotel looks and feels so fresh, clean and new, and while in the hotel we felt like in the garden. The hotel staff was super nice (especially the reception and cleaning teams) and gave us early check-in around 6 am without any additional fee. This is a sort of things which creates customer loyalty. The location is also amazing - it is just a minute from the metro and took us around 5-7 minutes on metro to get to the city centre, Schonbrunn Palace and other places. The thing in the hotel we loved most were blankets (probably the best I ever seen), they are just super convenient. Overall, we are very happy with our choice and strongly recommend the hotel to everyone! Additional tip: if you decide to stay there, definitely visit Anker Bakery and Budapest Bistro, which are very close to the hotel and serve amazing food!

Design & Ambiance - very welcoming and clean The Room - very spacious and modern (excellent walk in shower) Most of the staff were extremely helpful Pigment Restaurant - top food & service Nice evening bar atmosphere Special mention and a word of appreciation to the staff for providing me with a mini-refrigerator far better than their standard minibar one, to be able to store my medication. Well Done! Would definitely choose the Indigo once again 😊

It was nicely designed with a lot of green plants, we had a little patio and the room felt spacious and it was really quiet! The subway was just on the other side of the road, which made travel into the city center easy and quick.
